These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to zombidomains.com and related coming-soon pages operated by Aanexa Solution LLC ("Aanexa", "we"). By using the site or submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional terms may apply when paid product features launch; we will present them before you purchase.

Coming Soon Status

ZombiDomains is not yet publicly available as a full product. Marketing content, feature descriptions, and previews on this site are forward-looking and may change before launch.

Waitlist registration does not guarantee access, pricing, feature availability, or launch timing.

Waitlist and Communications

You may join the waitlist by providing a valid email address. You agree to receive product-related messages associated with your signup until you unsubscribe.

You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted email and that your information is accurate. One person should not submit addresses they do not control without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, scraping that impairs service, attempts to breach security, automated abuse of forms, or submission of malicious content.

We may suspend access or remove waitlist entries tied to abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

ZombiDomains branding, logos, site content, and software are owned by Aanexa Solution LLC or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site materials except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may reference or integrate third-party services (registrars, analytics, automation webhooks). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and any preview intelligence features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Domain research involves risk. We do not guarantee SEO outcomes, registration success, legal clearance of domain names, or accuracy of third-party data sources. You remain solely responsible for acquisition decisions and compliance with registry, trademark, and advertising laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aanexa Solution LLC and its officers, members, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from use of the site.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the coming-soon site shall not exceed the greater of fifty US dollars (USD $50) or amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (typically zero for waitlist-only use). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aanexa Solution LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through your submissions or domain activities.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised through contact on zombidomains.com. If unresolved, courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted by law.

Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms as the product launches. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Material changes to waitlist processing will be highlighted on the site.
